Legacy Fit

Legacy Fit was founded by Luke and Ellen Flett. Built on the pillars of respect, honesty, and hard work, we’re here to promote productivity, grow better people, and move forward together. With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Luke is Petone born and bred - literally raised across the road from the facility. Since opening in April 2025, Legacy Fit has grown into a thriving health and fitness whānau.

Group Training

Group training sessions are designed to build strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.


Each workout is coach-led, scalable for all levels, and programmed to keep you progressing week to week.
Perfect if you want structure, accountability, and a solid training environment.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and current ability.
Sessions focus on correct technique, smart programming, and steady progression. Ideal if you want accountability, clear direction, and a training plan built specifically for you.

Sport Specific Performance

Performance training designed specifically for sports teams and clubs.
We work with coaches and athletes to build stronger, fitter, more resilient teams through structured strength and conditioning. Sessions focus on speed, power, conditioning, and injury prevention - all aligned to your sport, season, and team goal.

A programme developed to introduce students to the fundamentals of strength and conditioning within a structured, high-performance environment. Sessions will focus on developing correct technique, improving overall strength, and enhancing athletic performance.
